Estimators / Surveyors
Experience in the roofing industry is helpful but not essential. Handling multiple refurbishment and new build projects, traditional and Design & Build tenders, using specialist estimating software.
- Working independently to produce accurate, competitive tenders
- Preparing valuations for interim applications for payment, including variations
- Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts

Contract Managers
Organising the scope of work for contracted business and managing current projects, making sure all work is completed on time and on budget to a high specification.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and use initiative
